How do I place an order?

You can order directly from our website by selecting your product and completing the online order form. Please include as much information about your order as possible in the message form including your preferred delivery time. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we hand deliver your grazing box to ensure it reaches you in the best condition and we ask for a £30 minimum order as your box is freshly prepared for you. 
Delivery is free in Blaenavon. There is a charge for orders outside of this location depending on where you live, this will be included when your order is confirmed.

How much notice do I need to give?

We ask for a minimum of 1 week notice to source the best products for your grazing box however please use the contact form if you have a last minute event as we may be able to accommodate your request at short notice.

Do you have a menu for the platters?

Yes, you will find a list of platters and ingredients by selecting the photo on our list of signature platters on our website.

What if I have a specific dietary requirement?

Please message via the contact form with your request. 

Please note that all of our products are made in a kitchen that uses cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soya, sulphites/sulphur dioxide, sesame, fish, mustard, and celery/celeriac. 

Whilst we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, unfortunately we cannot guarantee any of our items are allergen free. 

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and hold a Level 2 Hygiene and Safety for Catering.

Do you do bespoke platters?

Yes. If you have a specific requirement we can customise your platter. Please ask us for more information by completing the contact form.
